Gallberry Honey comes from a small evergreen shrub that grows in the pine woods and swamps of South Georgia and parts of Florida.

As the most sought-after Honey in the Southern United States, its extra light golden color and distinctively delicate flavor cannot be mistaken. The Sourwood Tree, also called Lily of the Valley Tree, blooms in midsummer near the Appalachian Trail.
