Approximately 550 mg Elderberrry per teaspoon and 1700 mg per Tablespoon.

Adults and Children 1 year and up, enjoy 1/2 to 1 full tsp or Tbsp  by the spoonful, or added to sparkling water, tea, smoothies, etc. 

The 8 fl oz size is great for individuals.  For families, we recommend our 16 fl oz bottles.
